The statement above has led us to design MB Adv Connecting Ideas as a modern new Italian companies Consulting, Training and Assessment, which develops and makes available to its Clients high-value services in the areas of Management Systems, Management , Risk Management, and Sustainable Development, with reference to international standards (ISO and others internationally available), through our approach "Connecting Ideas" and the interaction of a solid team of experienced professionals.
Our experience allows us to manage simple or complex Consulting, Training and Assessment projects, with the aim of:
• provide Clients Consulting, Training and Assessment relevant to their business needs and / or their business risks
• provide Clients compelling service experiences
• go beyond the expectations of Clients
• as a result of the above, determine satisfactory and long-term partnership with our Clients
In line with the company culture of the Client, we facilitate the interaction of individuals and workgroups within organisations, supporting, with our expertise and with our coaching, the Client organisation in the identification of possible solutions that go beyond mental pre-established barriers over the years (beyond the respectable typical sentence: ...... we always have done so ...!).
On the paths shared with the Client, through our "Connecting Ideas" approach, we help the Client to “Think Outside the Box" and to overcome the natural fear of change.
We are a multi-competence company that supports its Clients in achieving their goals (quality, economic, environmental, health and safety, sustainability, security, risk management, social responsibility, etc.) through Coaching their team about management systems and related issues, or through verification - assessment - audit of certain business areas or certain Suppliers with reference to international standards or to Client’s requirements.
Our motto "Connecting Ideas" represents our commitment and our ability to help and stimulate the connections between the ideas and the energy already present within our Clients' teams, but not always able, after years of working together, to be expressed independently in their capacity for innovation, in their usefullness and in their entirety.
